Paid Media Performance Manager

Super Star Car Wash is growing fast—and we’re looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Performance Manager to own and optimize our paid search and paid social programs. If you’re a technical performance marketer who thrives on improving ROAS, lowering CAC, and building high‑performing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels, this role is for you. This is an individual contributor role for someone who loves being deep in the platforms, driving results through expert execution and optimization—not overseeing agencies or managing a team. This role can be hybrid and based in our Phoenix office OR remote based in one of our three other markets in California, Colorado or Texas. What You’ll Own Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead execution on TikTok and other paid social channels Create smart campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and budgets Monitor daily performance (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV impact) and take action on trends Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creative, landing pages, and bidding Maintain technical excellence—tracking, attribution, pixels, UTMs, event structure Partner across Brand, Lifecycle, and Analytics to support creative, data integrity, and full funnel optimization Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations What You Bring 7+ years hands‑on paid media experience (Google + Meta required; TikTok preferred) Proven track record improving ROAS, CAC, and acquisition efficiency Experience managing 7‑figure annual budgets Strong technical understanding of platform levers, bidding, and optimization Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in data‑driven environments B2C or multi‑location retail experience is a plus CDP or audience integration experience is a bonus What Success Looks Like Higher ROAS and lower CAC Faster testing and optimization cycles Clean, well‑structured, technically sound campaign architecture Clear visibility into performance drivers and improvement opportunities Why Super Star Car Wash Super Star Car Wash isn’t just a place to get your car washed.
