MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Marketing and Development Coordinator: (full-time) Rio Grande Hospital in Del Norte, CO, is seeking a full-time Marketing and Development Coordinator to lead efforts in promoting the hospital’s services through community outreach, fundraising, and brand development. The role includes developing marketing strategies, managing social media and website content, organizing health events, and cultivating relationships with local organizations and donors. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in marketing or fundraising (preferably in healthcare), and strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with social media, digital marketing, and donor relations is preferred. Equipment Knowledge: All Microsoft Programs, Photoshop, and Canva. Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Nonprofit Management, Public Affairs, Graphic Design) Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, development, or a related field. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have verbal skills to present information and ideas essential to supervisory duties and to understand general Administration and practice; capable of dealing with people and working closely with patients; workable knowledge of safety procedures; must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language; must have patience and enthusiasm as well as the willingness and ability to handle difficult situations with good judgment; must be able to work as a team member; must be willing to learn.
