Position Summary
Red Cat is an all-domain robotics and autonomous systems company supporting defense, security, and public safety missions. Through our divisions—Teal Drones, Flightwave Aerospace, and Blue Ops—we deliver advanced unmanned systems designed to meet the evolving needs of modern operations.
Red Cat is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team and our subsidiaries. This role is based onsite at our Salt Lake City facility and will play a critical support function across marketing operations, logistics, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is comfortable taking initiative while working with minimal oversight.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team
Assist with marketing logistics, including trade show and event planning, preparation, and on-site support
Manage and organize marketing assets, collateral, and documentation
Support scheduling, coordination, and communication across the marketing team
Assist with internal and external marketing requests across departments
Track inventory and fulfillment of marketing materials and equipment
Support process improvement initiatives to streamline marketing operations
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative support role
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy.
May be required to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch during inspections, maintenance walk-throughs, or emergency response situations.
Regular exposure to facility operations including noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment.
Occasional off-hours or weekend work required for emergency facility responses or projects as needed
Requires frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment for documentation, communication, and coordination tasks.
