Mariner Game Fundraiser Communications

The GD Association was founded 30 years ago by people with deep, burning compassion rooted for Seattle’s diverse community. That heart still guides its leadership today. Our hope is to do our part in helping restore our Emerald City - the crown jewel of the Pacific Northwest - to a thriving home where everyone can stake a claim in her soil. No one should have to live without a roof over their head or a hot meal at the ready. We want to help, pure and simple, because this is our home, too. Volunteer Responsibilities & Requirements Help sell or raise money for tickets to a Mariners Game fundraiser. The money raised will directly support our efforts to raise $12 million for our affordable housing expansion campaign. Call potential and current donors to ask for their support (financially, donations). Use GIVE Butter to assist in tracking financial donations. Call potential business sponsors to ask for their support (financially, items for tenants, food donations). Use a script to guide conversations with potential donors/sponsors. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background check. Commit to 2+ hours a week. Report to the Director of Development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
