Channel Marketing Specialist

Channel Strategy, Planning, Partner Enablement & Support Serve as the primary marketing contact for HydraForce and Bosch Rexroth compact hydraulics distributors in North America. Build strong relationships with distributor sales and marketing contacts to understand regional needs and support distributor business development efforts. Provide distributors with co-branded assets, product content, campaign materials, technical visuals, and localized marketing support. In some cases, develop personalized co-branded distributor marketing assets to support promotion of compact hydraulic products and solutions. Assist with distributor sales enablement training: brand guidelines, brand positioning, and promotion of sales enablement tools available to support distributor revenue growth of HydraForce and Bosch Rexroth products. Support strategic initiatives, specifically drive growth of Compact Hydraulic solutions through distribution Distributor Support Develop and deliver product training modules (webinars) for distribution partners. Provide distributor event support and coordinate shipment of product and marketing materials as needed. Provide guidance for content hosted on distributor websites to support the HydraForce brand pages. Marketing Operations Processing project quotes and management of the SAP PO Process for vendors. Responsible for entering all requests into the Purchasing tool and tracking status. Act as a liaison with other internal departments. Tracking & Performance Provide insights to the NA Sales and Marketing Leadership; contribute to quarterly distributor review processes. Receive/document feedback on distributor marketing activities and the adoption of marketing tools. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field 3 years marketing experience in B2B (manufacturing/industrial experience preferred) Data driven approach with ability to measure and communicate impact Strong organizational, time management, coordination and communication skills Strategic thinker with ability to translate insights into actionable programs Strong partnership mindset and ability to influence without direct authority Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications experience in channel marketing preferred Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
