Overview: As a member of our USA team, you will be responsible for an existing book of business, strengthening existing relationships, retaining current spend whilst generating new revenue from your clients using multiple Chambers product offerings.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, be a problem‑solver and be confident communicating with clients, team members and management. As a member of our Core Account team, you will manage a book of business comprising the world’s leading law firms and professional services firms. Leveraging Chambers’ position as the market leader, you will strengthen relationships, retain spend and generate new revenue from multiple product offerings. You will enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating across multiple jurisdictions, stakeholders, and deadlines. Excellence in organization and time‑management is required. You will work closely with and receive full support from the Commercial Manager Core Accounts USA. This is a full‑time position with room for growth and awesome company perks not limited to:
33 days PTO per annum (25 days PTO + 8 public holidays)
Offices closed in between Christmas and New Year – no need to book time off Dec 27‑31
