About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our Sales team in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships in theNorth Polandregion. Your Responsibilities
Promote and sell IKA laboratory products to customers in North Poland
Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to regional growth
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare quotations and represent the company at conferences, seminars and trade shows
Expand your customer base by offering tailored solutions and services
Provide technical consultation and maintain accurate customer records
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Material Sciences or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of laboratory equipment or related products
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented
Willingness to travel regularly within North Poland
Fluent in Polish and English; other language skills are a plus
