What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Drive new event wins from competitors and secure contract partners to increase donation growth
Collaborate with partners to enhance engagement and maximize donations
Build and manage a pipeline of new business activities and accurately forecast revenue growth
Analyze data on fundraiser and donor behavior to identify new revenue streams
Represent the employer at industry events, becoming a recognized voice in digital fundraising
What is Required (Qualifications) Strong knowledge of the nonprofit events space
Proven ability to identify opportunities and close sales effectively
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage with various levels of seniority
Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness to identify risks and threats
Exceptional verbal communication skills, able to present compellingly to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in managing a sales pipeline and spotting sales opportunities
Resourceful and self-sufficient with strong prioritization skills
Team player willing to undertake ad-hoc tasks for the overall benefit of the organization
