We are the bridge between Cadent's powerful, predictive omnichannel platform, built on 15+ years of proprietary data and over 22,000 custom models, and the market. Our goal is to create compelling narratives that differentiate our value and drive our growth across all media. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key expert on the Cadent Platform. You will translate our sophisticated technology into clear resources that empower our sales teams and resonate with our customers. This role owns the go-to-market strategy for core parts of our platform, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to turn innovative features into a winning market story. Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market plans for new product launches and features, from initial positioning to sales training and public launch. Messaging & Positioning : Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that cuts through the noise and communicates the unique value of our omnichannel platform. Sales Content : Be the sales team's most valuable partner. Create and maintain the core assets they need to win, including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, one-sheets, and product demos. Market Intelligence : Become the expert on our competition, market trends, and customers. Use this insight to inform our messaging, influence the product roadmap, and ensure we are always one step ahead. Cross-Functional Leadership : Serve as a key, collaborative partner to Product Management, using your market expertise to influence our product roadmap and drive a unified strategy. Qualifications Experienced AdTech PMM : You have 4+ years of product marketing experience directly in the advertising technology space, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, CTV, identity, measurement). A Gifted Storyteller : You have a proven talent for translating complex technology into clear, concise, and compelling customer-centric value propositions. Strategic & Data-Driven : You love to build a great story, but you ground your strategy in market data, competitive intelligence, and customer research. An Exceptional Collaborator : You thrive on working cross-functionally and know how to build strong relationships with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to get things done. A Proactive Owner : You are a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity. You see what needs to be done and take ownership to drive projects from start to finish. The posted compensation range reflects a base salary that may vary based on a candidate’s experience and location; those with more relevant experience or residing in higher-cost markets may be eligible for compensation at the upper end of the range.
