The Position
The Marketing Coordinator supports product launches, campaigns, and photography by ensuring products are organized, accurate, and production ready. This role owns the coordination of product samples, studio production logistics, and trade show execution to enable high-quality marketing assets and seamless event support. The Coordinator partners closely with Product Development, Marketing, and other internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and drive timely execution across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Samples & Inventory Management
Receive, check in, organize, and track all product samples (photo, studio, field and trade show)
Maintain physical sample inventory and Airtable tracking (status, location, propping instructions)
Organize samples for studio access and store post-shoot samples
Allocate samples for Sales, photography, campaigns, and industry events
Track and reconcile inventory before and after trade shows and events
Photography & Video Production Support
Schedule studio and lifestyle shoots; manage studio calendar
Coordinate models, stylists, locations, and contract resources
Organize products for shoots and ensure availability
Manage shot lists and confirm required photos and video assets are captured
Support on-site shoot logistics (product transport, steaming, wardrobe, props)
Ensure accurate product representation on set
Troubleshoot day-of production issues
Coordinate final asset delivery and ensure files are properly named and archived
Product Launch & Campaign Support
Receive new product samples from Product Development
Inspect decorated samples for quality and accuracy
Support development of “Why We Love It / How to Sell It” content
Support alignment of hero product priorities across marketing materials
Support product copy development as needed, including descriptions and key selling points
Trade Show & Industry Event Coordination
Manage inventory organization (blank photo samples), product pulls for photography/videos
Product sample intake, organization for industry tradeshows
Cross-Functional Execution
Proactively follow up with internal teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Troubleshoot day-of production issues
Support cohesion across product initiatives and marketing priorities
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to work well independently with direction and as part of a larger team
Fast learner with creative problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple timelines
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Proactive follow-through and accountability mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage physical inventory and digital tracking systems (Airtable preferred)
Comfortable supporting on-site shoots and production activities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
2–4 years of marketing coordination, product support, or production experience
Experience managing samples, logistics, or creative production workflows
Familiarity with project tracking tools (Airtable or similar)
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Experience supporting photography, video production, or product launches a plus
