Position Overview We are seeking a Supply Chain Associate Account Manager to join our team in Long Beach, California. This role involves managing operational and technical aspects of designated ACS accounts, ensuring service excellence, and driving continuous improvement within our logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Manage account execution in accordance with customer SOPs and destination management documents. Maintain strong relationships with global customers and regional teams. Develop deep understanding of customer supply chain needs. Drive operational excellence, compliance, and quality standards. Create and monitor performance scorecards and KPIs. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Monitor service levels to meet contractual requirements. Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and administrative policies. Support strategic initiatives for process improvement and value creation. Analyze business data to identify revenue opportunities. Manage implementation projects and troubleshoot EDI issues. Participate in global control tower discussions and share best practices. Create customer reports and facilitate quarterly business reviews. Share best practices across teams and manage resource planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field; or 1-3 years of relevant experience. Recent graduates with relevant coursework and internships are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. Ability to manipulate data and create presentations in PowerPoint. Knowledge of Infor Nexus system is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel lightly.
