You are the first voice potential new clients hear—and how well you do this job directly impacts revenue, reputation, and client experience. This role combines client intake, lead qualification, CRM management, and marketing execution . If you’re organized, metrics-driven, comfortable on the phone, and understand how to follow structure in a regulated environment, you’ll do very well here.
