Position Location: Territory covers MN, ND, SD, WI, IA

Remote: Qualified candidates must reside within the workable geography to cover their assigned accounts. This role is remote and will not offer relocation.

Major accountabilities:

Responsible for driving sales, promotion and development in the designated accounts to reach commercial goals -Develop customer development strategy, dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts, aligns on account objectives and executes.
Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts -Prepare and negotiate contracts, and guide initiatives that the company launches to target particular account -Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors -Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans -Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Sandoz CRM system.
Responsible for driving the sales operations plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets for own part of the organization.
Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs, Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

What you'll bring to the role:

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from an accredited college / university

Advanced Degree (MBA, MS, etc.)

Required Experience

Minimum of 10 years overall healthcare sales experience required, including:
Minimum of 5 years of institutional sales experience (Key Account Management)

Travel Requirements: Candidate must be properly licensed and able to safely operate and drive an automobile in order to perform field calls on customers; must have a driving record deemed safe by Sandoz

Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. About the role: Capital and Service Sales Representative

This position has responsibility for planning and scheduling activities required to meet customer needs, marketing requirements, and meet service level objectives for installing and supporting all BSC AF Solutions capital equipment and service. Responsible for managing and updating the information in the sales funnel in salesforce.com, tracking of deals through the legal process both internal and external, and being responsible for the project management of new builds in hospitals, coordinating all necessary resources.

Your responsibilities will include:

Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC's Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area supported. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.
Collaborates with AFS Sales and Service Managers, Managers, and Reps to assist in the sale of capital and service, ensure clarity of installation requirements and managing support to align with the regional field-sales strategy.
For all capital product installations, build on-going communication and collaboration on customer facing elements with local field sales teams. For each installation, conduct pre-install planning ensuring all equipment and hospital IS network requirements are met. Then, serve on-site as key lead of installation process with the regional field team. And after installs, facilitate full transition to regional sales teams and mapping specialists who will operate going forward.
Manage the requisitioning and allocation of all materials and supplies required to support all capital installation with the FSE team in timely and sequential manner.
Monitor on-time delivery of purchased goods and services to meet manufacturing needs while minimizing inventory investment.
Analyze suppliers to establish expectations on installation an implementation strategy to better customer relationship.
Own the Capital RFI/RFP process as hospitals request.

Basic qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales work experience
2+ years of sales related work experience
Technical aptitude; be able to discuss, explain complex hardware and software.
Must be able to work flexible hours, complete extensive training programs

Preferred qualifications:

Medical device sales, clinical education and/or clinical research experience

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $60,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
