Sr. Network Account Manager - Remote in FL (Alachua, Martin, Lake, and Surrounding Counties) Join us at UnitedHealthcare as a Sr. Network Account Manager in Florida. This role involves overseeing provider relation networks for Community & State Long-Term Care Divisions, including provider contracting, credentialing, provider relations, education, and network tracking. The position requires working with provider portals, EVV, claims, and ensuring network adequacy. Key Responsibilities: Manage provider networks, including contracting and credentialing Develop and maintain relationships with providers Evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with company standards Ensure network coverage and close gaps as needed Collaborate with case management staff to address network needs Qualifications: High School diploma; Bachelor's preferred 3+ years in network management, contracting, or provider services Experience with Medicaid and Long-Term Care programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to travel up to 25% Location: Remote, with counties including Alachua, Putnam, Marion, Lake, Sumter, Hernando, Citrus, Levy, Dixie, Gilchrist, Lafayette, Suwannee, Hamilton, Columbia, Union, Bradford.
