As a Marketing Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting with the creation, execution, and coordination of marketing content, materials, and campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, professional shooting staff, brand ambassadors, and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment where teamwork and professionalism are highly valued.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing content and materials across various channels.
Coordinate web updates by working with vendors, the marketing team, and internal staff.
Develop, implement, and track email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Process marketing sales orders and handle administrative requests for professional shooting staff and brand ambassadors.
Support the Pro Staff Manager in tracking annual budgets and contract allotments for pro shooting staff.
Source and purchase marketing materials in line with budgetary guidelines and company procedures.
Coordinate and track departmental projects, providing regular status updates to the marketing team.
Support team members in various marketing functions, including creative ideation, graphic design, content development, production planning, email marketing, and social media.
Work with inventory, e-commerce, and marketing departments to track and distribute apparel to ambassadors.
Perform administrative tasks such as note-taking, customer service, company correspondence, and generating business reports.
Represent the company at community and industry events, upholding the brand’s professional image.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and technology trends to serve as a resource for management and customers.
Assist other departments and serve on company committees as needed.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least one year of previous marketing experience preferred.
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, WordPress, Shopify, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of people.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and percentages.
