
Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase market share, and support overall business growth. The role focuses on brand building, market research, content creation, presentation development, social media management, and digital campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Market Research
Develop and implement brand-building strategies to increase company visibility and credibility.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
Analyze market data to improve product positioning and campaign effectiveness.
Assist in developing marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Monitor and report on brand performance and customer engagement metrics.
2. Content Creation & Digital Media
Create engaging marketing content for digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
Develop creative captions, graphics concepts, and campaign themes.
Produce and edit short promotional videos and reels for marketing campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with company branding and messaging guidelines.
Manage content calendar and posting schedules.
3. Marketing Materials & Presentation Development
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for:
Company profile
Sales presentations
Product pitches
Client proposals
Develop compelling market positioning materials.
Prepare brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials as needed.
4. Social Media & Meta Facebook Management
Manage company Facebook Page and Meta Business Suite.
Create, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns.
Track ad performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
Manage audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign adjustments.
Respond to inquiries and monitor engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing and brand management is preferred.
Required knowledge in editing tools, such as:
Canva
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar video editing tools
Strong experience in Meta Facebook Page management and Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite).
Skilled in PowerPoint and presentation design.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, strategic, and detail-oriented.
Portfolio is REQUIRED.
