Responsibilities Identify and pursue prospective clients across industries (finance, healthcare, education, insurance, government, etc.) who can benefit from our custom IT solutions and consulting services. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to build a consistent and qualified pipeline. Actively engage in outbound lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, events, webinars, and industry platforms. Understand the pain points and technology needs of potential clients, offering tailored solutions across services such as Salesforce Consulting, Web & App Development, Cloud Migration, and more. Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their technology roadmap. Provide consultative solutions that align with client goals and our service capabilities. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Stay informed on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position JanBask as a market leader. Gather client feedback and market intelligence to refine service offerings and go-to-market strategies. Work in close collaboration with technical teams, project managers, and solution architects to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Share insights and progress reports with senior leadership to inform business strategies and optimize sales efforts. Position Requirements 3+ years of experience in business development or account management within the IT services or consulting industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of digital solutions like CRM (e.g., Salesforce), web/app development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT services. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
