Role Description This is a full-time, on-site (preferred) role based in Louisville, KY, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for full-cycle, net new role responsible forbuilding pipeline, managing complex sales processes, and closing new business . Collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve company goals is an essential part of the role. You will work with mid-market companies where decisions impact core operations and require coordination across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close • Develop and maintain a pipeline of net new business opportunities • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes • Understand customer operations and position Vsimple as a solution to workflow and process challenges • Build trust with executive and operational stakeholders • Collaborate with SDRs, Solutions, and Customer Success teams Qualifications • 5+ years of experience closing B2B sales • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational processes • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales motions • Demonstrated ability to build trust with executive-level buyers Core Traits • Growth-minded and competitive • High level of ownership and accountability • Service-oriented mindset focused on customer outcomes • Willingness to take on complex challenges • Strong team player who elevates others Additional Information Vsimple offers a dynamic environment with strong early traction, a growing team, and significant opportunity for impact.
