
Digital Marketing Specialist

This role is responsible for creating, reviewing, editing, and publishing content for the company on the company’s websites, social media pages and communications to clients. Responsible for researching key SEO teams and implementing them to gain exposure and work with the marketing team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published. Obtain content to include video, photographs, or any other pieces necessary to use in content in the office, in the field with technicians and onsite at company events. Lead our grassroots community efforts through targeted outreach, volunteer mobilization and direct advocacy campaigns.

What Will I Do?
Essential functions and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following (Note Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)
Company Core Values will be used to assist in making business and people decisions.
Work with the marketing team to get an understanding of marketing targets to help develop strategies accordingly.
Creating and publishing content which will interest existing and potential clients.
Writing, reviewing and publishing content for websites, social media, newsletters, blogs and other communications.
Assist in coming up with blogs as needed to publish for website or other communications.
Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve traffic to all existing and new platforms.
Capture photo and video content to be used on website, and all other communication and social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc). This will also include videos for internal use.
Write, review and publish press releases as needed.
Monitor and optimize campaigns with key KPI’s (ROI, impressions, clicks and CTR) – this will include likes, follows etc.
Research, develop and implement grassroots community efforts to increase local awareness and drive participation social impact projects (in both Denver and NoCo market).
Assist with company events and gathering content to be used in marketing communications.
Reputation Management- responding to reviews negative and positive, and help to gain more positive reviews.

Preferred Skills
Understanding of SEO best practices
Understanding of all social media platforms and content needed for them.
Use of Sprout Social
Experience in Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills.
Detail oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field Prefered
6 months experience in marketing
Experience in Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Experience writing emails, newsletters, blogs
