
Marketing Account Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Account Supervisor to join our team and support clients across the country with branding and strategic marketing. You will spearhead the marketing programs for our largest strategic clients and oversee the strategy and performance of all agency accounts with the support of channel and account managers.
As Account Supervisor, you will also lead a team of incredible Account Managers and support them in coaching, problem solving, strategy direction, and marketing analysis. The Account Supervisor is responsible for Client Service department KPIs, retention and working collaboratively with other department heads to deliver top-line work. This team member is also accountable to developing and improving standard operating procedures, departmental frameworks and product quality management.
We are looking for someone with strong strategic and client service abilities to develop and oversee multi-channel integrated marketing and projects, monitor campaign performance and spearhead the success of our programs. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners to meet deliverables and produce best-in-class marketing and advertising for dental practices and various non-dental clients across the country.

As a full-service, boutique marketing agency we offer an array of services including branding, web design, social advertising, social media management, digital advertising, search engine optimization, photo and video media production and direct mail/print advertising.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Client Service- As an advocate for your clients’ success, you will build relationships with them and support their needs through constructive and regular communication, guidance and service dedication. This role requires a client-centered mindset driven by the desire to always do what is right for them. Your responsibilities include overseeing deliverables, scope of work, and external client relations including handling escalations, advising on marketing programs and communicating metrics. The primary function of this role is to translate client business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies that your team can execute on.
Strategy Development- You will work alongside channel managers to develop results-driven, integrated, omni-channel strategies to meet your client's objectives. You will lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, paid media, and traditional channels. You will be responsible for client presentation development, presenting decks to clients and running status meetings and strategy reviews.
Campaign Reporting and Insights- This role requires the ability to understand, analyze and communicate marketing metrics. You’ll prepare monthly reports to share with each client detailing performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations based on insights.
Quality Assurance and Creative Direction- Ensure all creative and outputs are on-brand, accurate and meets our quality expectations. This includes review of all creative from website design and copy to print collateral and brand elements.
Lead Team- As the head of the Client Service department, you will manage, guide and mentor your team of Account Managers and coordinators. Your accountability also includes performance evaluations for your team and monthly scorecards.
Revenue Growth- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, introducing new services, etc.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Ability to communicate confidently and comfortably with clients and channel partners
Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing mix and channels
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a strategic perspective
The ability to multi-task and prioritize projects keeping business goals in mind
Experience working directly with project stakeholders
DESIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5-7 years experience in account or marketing management
Individual must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to multitask while meeting numerous daily deadlines
Experience working with an ad agency
People management experience or experience leading a team

Salary range for this role is $67k-78k.
