Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Account Manager to provide essential support to our sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient order processing, customer communication, and accurate data management. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth sales administration, maintaining organized records, and contributing to team efficiency through strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Documentation: Prepare and process PIs (Proforma Invoices) and POs (Purchase Orders). Maintain and update QB summary tables and sales databases. Collect and verify PODs (Proof of Delivery) and update relevant tracking systems.
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone. Coordinate with logistics and other departments to resolve customer issues. Maintain organized records of customer communications and transactions.
Data Management & Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to generate weekly/monthly reports. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations (e.g., optimizing QB system use). Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in order processing.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening)
1-2 years in sales support, administration, or customer service.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB), MS Office (Excel), and CRM tools.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience in international trade or logistics.
Familiarity with OA systems and sales documentation.
Work Environment & Expectations
Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
Adapt quickly to changing procedures and business needs.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Requires the ability to lift materials or boxes up to 50 pounds.
May have long periods of sitting in an office environment.
