The Marketing and Communications Manager plays a critical role in driving growth by connecting Swagelok’s technical expertise with customer needs through high-impact marketing and sales enablement initiatives. This role blends digital marketing, CRM-driven insights, and collaborative campaign execution to generate qualified leads, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate brand visibility across key industrial markets. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and energized by turning strategy into measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
Plan and execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, web, content, and events
Develop targeted campaigns to increase visibility with engineers, maintenance leaders, OEM decision-makers, and EPC firms
Track engagement and performance metrics, using insights to continuously optimize campaigns
Leverage HubSpot Marketing and Salesforce CRM to align sales and marketing efforts
Build dashboards and reports to measure lead generation, campaign performance, and customer engagement
Provide sales teams with actionable insights to identify opportunities, improve follow-up, and accelerate the sales cycle
Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and application-focused content
Execute email campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications through Salesforce and/or HubSpot
Partner with Sales leadership to design campaigns that drive qualified leads, customer retention, and loyalty
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategy and messaging
Support customer seminars, webinars, and trade shows that showcase Swagelok’s expertise and value proposition
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of B2B marketing experience; industrial, technical, or distribution experience preferred
Proven success managing digital marketing and demand-generation campaigns
Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and integrating marketing initiatives with sales workflows
Familiarity with AI tools for content, analytics, or automation, with a strong interest in adopting new technologies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused messaging
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
