
Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manage r to grow the T exas, Louisiana, Arkansas territories within a technical manufacturing environment. This role combines account management and new business development and is best suited for someone who can sell complex products, build long-term relationships, and consistently win new business.
This is not an order-taking role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their territory, understands manufacturing processes, and can work comfortably with everyone from machine operators and engineers to plant managers and C-level executives. The product line is highly technical, so the ability to learn applications, ask the right questions, and position value-added solutions is critical.

What You’ll Do
Grow existing accounts while actively developing new business.
Sell engineered / technical products into manufacturing customers.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Build strong relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
Own your pipeline, territory plan, and results.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of outside sales / account management in manufacturing or industrial markets
Experience selling technical, engineered, or process-driven products.
Proven ability to both maintain accounts and hunt for new business.
Stable work history with demonstrated progression.
Comfortable in customer plants, on the shop floor, and in executive meetings
