Position Overview This position is responsible for maximizing our external referral relationships as well as seeking out establishing new relationships. Additionally, this position is responsible for creating and curating community engagement initiatives in order to elevate the brand among the community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned referral goals by completing all phases of marketing strategies with targeted healthcare professionals at multiple levels. This individual must be a self-starter, have excellent relationship management skills and be adaptable to the ever-changing senior care industry. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of the admissions/discharge process with respect to skilled care facilities.
