HVAC Sales Account Manager

Mechanical Construction Sales Representative Industry: Mechanical Construction (HVAC, Plumbing, Piping) We are seeking a Mechanical Construction Sales Representative to drive growth by developing client relationships and securing large HVAC and plumbing projects. This role focuses on account management, estimating, and closing work while supporting long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed annual sales goals for HVAC and plumbing projects Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business Conduct job walks, develop estimates, and deliver proposals in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and client satisfaction Promote services including repair, replacement, retrofits, and upgrades Identify new business opportunities and market trends Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout project lifecycle Track sales activity, proposals, and closed work Qualifications 2+ years of experience in HVAC/plumbing project sales and estimating Strong understanding of mechanical systems Proven ability to develop and close new business Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Competitive base salary + commission Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) PTO and paid holidays Long-term growth opportunities within a leading mechanical contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr
