Fields Motorcars Bellevue is seeking an experienced, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute marketing initiatives for four ultra-luxury automotive brands. This role is responsible for overseeing all brand-level marketing strategies, budgeting, and execution while working closely with Brand Managers, dealership leadership, and manufacturer partners.
This opportunity is a hands‑on, in‑store role supporting a highly curated, high‑net‑worth client base. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, creative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
Responsibilities Own and manage the marketing function for four ultra‑luxury automotive brands
Design, submit, track, and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets
Plan, coordinate, and execute bespoke marketing events and client experiences
Develop targeted marketing strategies tailored to a high‑net‑worth clientele
Collaborate closely with Brand Managers to align campaigns with sales objectives
Coordinate with manufacturer partners to meet brand standards and commitments
Oversee campaign execution across digital, print, social, and in‑store channels
Manage vendors, agencies, and event partners as needed
Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and reporting deliverables
Qualifications Proven experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or brand management
Experience working with luxury brands or premium clientele strongly preferred
Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Professional presence appropriate for an ultra‑luxury retail environment
