The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly technical, hands‑on builder to architect the AI‑powered systems, agents, and automations that will exponentially increase the speed and scale of our go‑to‑market (GTM) execution. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will support the entire funnel—from demand generation and sales enablement to product marketing and customer expansion—by translating manual GTM workflows into reliable, automated systems. If you prefer building pipelines over running standard marketing playbooks, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
You will act as the technical engine behind our marketing and sales efforts, focusing on three core pillars:
AI Agent Development & Prompt Engineering Build and tune AI agents to support the full GTM funnel, including:
Demand Gen & Content: Automate SEO/SERP research, identify content gaps, and build engines for social distribution and content repurposing (e.g., Webinar → Blog → LinkedIn → Newsletter)
Paid Media: Generate ad variants, creative briefs, audience ideas, and QA checklists
Sales Enablement: Automate the creation of battlecards, one‑pagers, talk tracks, and persona‑specific outbound follow‑up sequences
Product & Customer Marketing: Assist with positioning drafts, competitor tracking, adoption content, and renewal narratives
GTM Automation & Pipeline Architecture Design and maintain "channel‑ready" automated workflows for core marketing operations:
Campaign Operations: Build systems that generate full campaign assets (ads, landing pages, emails) from a single brief or prompt
Lead Intelligence: Automate lead enrichment, firmographic scoring, and intent‑signal routing
Strategic Campaigns: Power ABM and outbound personalization at scale, ensuring human‑in‑the‑loop review and strict guardrails
Reporting: Generate automated daily/weekly insight summaries and anomaly detection alerts
Marketing Tech Stack & CRO Ownership Design, evolve, and govern the marketing AI stack to ensure it is production‑ready:
Stack Management: Oversee LLM orchestration, prompt libraries, and integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and ad platforms
CRO & Experimentation: Own the experimentation systems—supporting A/B test design, website instrumentation, funnel QA, and automated post‑test readouts
Reliability & Compliance: Ensure all systems feature versioning, logging, clear ownership, data privacy, and compliance considerations
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
Core demand gen workflows (campaign creation, testing, reporting) are automated, resulting in measurable time savings for the team
Paid and organic channels are shipping significantly more high‑quality iterations per week
Funnel instrumentation is bulletproof (accurate attribution, consistent naming conventions, seamless CRM handoffs)
Sales teams can access real‑time, up‑to‑date enablement materials and enriched account insights with minimal manual effort
Tools and Technologies (Example Stack)
We care more about your ability to learn and build than your mastery of specific tools, but your day‑to‑day will likely involve:
LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude
Automation: Zapier, Make, n8n
Scripting: Python, JavaScript
MarTech: HubSpot, GA4, CRO/A/B testing tooling

Requirements
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Growth Engineer or a similar role
Builder Mindset: You think in workflows, reliability, and systems rather than one‑off tasks
AI‑Native: Deeply comfortable working with LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt evaluation, and iterative tuning
Technical Depth: You can ship solutions in code (Python and/or JavaScript), are highly comfortable with APIs, and can connect disparate data sources into dependable pipelines
Marketing Fluency: You deeply understand marketing funnels, goals, and constraints, allowing you to partner seamlessly with GTM leaders
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience building internal tools specifically for GTM or Sales teams
Familiarity with advanced agent frameworks and retrieval techniques (embeddings, vector search)
Prior experience in B2B SaaS marketing

Salary $130-140K
Salary: For New York City‑based hires only: Compensation Range: $130‑$140K base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
