Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing security and surveillance solutions and equipment rental sales, within the Miami, Florida market. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across the various markets served by Stallion. The Business Development Representative will plan, manage, and drive all sales activities in alignment with established goals Role Priorities / Responsibilities: Identify and develop new customers for company products and services (security and surveillance equipment rentals & services) Develop, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline Proactively ensure that Stallion is on RFQ/RFP list(s) Develop and maintain rapport with existing and potential customer base Anticipate, understand, and manage all existing and developing customer needs Communicates opportunities internally Comply with short-term and long-term sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures Lead development of proposals Attend and participate in local company/industry sales and marketing events as required Assist in the MSA contracting and credit assessment process Adhere to individual expense (T&E) budget Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Able to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities Able to set individual goals and drive to achieve them Able to foster and adhere to cohesiveness and coordination between Corporate Sales, Field Sales, and Operations Able to follow the company’s expense and reimbursement policyAble to uphold the highest standards in Stallion brand compliance Working knowledge of contracting and negotiating Able to understand and achieve sales quota goals and revenue expectations Able to initiate, develop and maintain successful customer relations efforts Excellent and professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Proficient in Salesforce Education or Certification required (if applicable): Stallion Infrastructure Services is an equal-opportunity employer.
