Marketing Manager (Growth & Operations) We are a multi‑market, luxury real‑estate company looking for a powerhouse Marketing Manager who thrives on building from the ground up. This isn’t just a "maintenance" role—we need a creative strategist who is ready to roll up their sleeves and execute the daily work today, with the vision and leadership to scale the department as we expand. The ideal candidate has a "no task too small, no vision too big" mentality. You will start as a team of one, handling all aspects of our brand’s presence, and evolve into a leader managing a full suite of staff and external vendors. Responsibilities Foundational Brand Strategy (The Launch Phase) Brand Establishment: Work directly with leadership to define our visual identity and voice, ensuring a consistent luxury aesthetic across all platforms. System Building: Create the internal "playbook" for listing launches, social media workflows, and vendor management. Brand Refinement: Continuously analyze market reception in Aspen, Vail, and beyond to refine our messaging and positioning. Property Marketing (The "Sleeves Up" Phase) Listing Launches: End‑to‑end management of professional photography, videography, and staging. Point person on‑site ensuring every home looks "magazine ready." Print Collateral: Direct production of high‑end brochures, flyers, and "Just Listed" mailers, balancing in‑house design with premium print vendors. MLS Management: Crafting compelling, luxury‑focused property narratives and optimizing visual assets for the Multiple Listing Service. Digital, Social & Growth Content Creation: Managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Capturing reels, property tours, and client testimonials that reflect a luxury aesthetic. Email Marketing: Designing and deploying sophisticated monthly e‑newsletters and targeted property alerts. Website & SEO: Maintaining the company website to ensure 100% accuracy and optimal lead generation performance. Brand, Events & Reputation Event Planning: Managing logistics for high‑touch open houses, community activations, and exclusive client appreciation events. Reputation Management: Proactively securing and showcasing client reviews on Google, Zillow, and Yelp to build brand authority. Scaling & Leadership (The "Growth" Phase) Department Architecture: Identify talent gaps and hire internal staff (e.g., social media coordinators, graphic designers). Vendor Management: Source, vet, and manage a robust network of high‑tier photographers, printers, and digital agencies. Process Optimization: Create the "playbook" for marketing operations that can be replicated as we enter new markets. Qualifications The "Player‑Coach" Mentality: Comfortable being a one‑person department initially, but possess the leadership skills to manage a team. Luxury Aesthetic: Uncompromising eye for design and detail; market to high‑net‑worth individuals. Agility: Patient, friendly demeanor with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast‑paced, "startup" real‑estate environment. Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to influence agents, staff, and vendors alike. Required Skills, Education & Tech Savvy Proficiency in Canva or similar. Social Media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, document management. CRM software (e.g., Lofty, Hubspot). Experience with Mailchimp or similar. Exceptional copywriting skills; attention to detail a must. Highly organized: juggle multiple listings under tight deadlines. Comfortable learning new skills and apps as needed. Preferred Experience with Adobe apps, especially Photoshop and InDesign. Experience with WordPress and/or other web management tools. Meta Business Suite and Google Ads. Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred; however, a strong portfolio and demonstrated execution within luxury brands are equally valued. Work Environment Type: Full‑time. Location: Remote (Colorado preferred), with occasional visits to offices in Aspen and Vail. Reports to: President & COO; works closely with the CEO and executive leadership.
