Serve as the frontline voice of Padres Camps, handling incoming calls and emails from camp families.
Guide families through the enrollment process and help them determine the best fit for their child.
Use consultative sales skills to convert inquiries into registrations.
Proactively reach out to enrolled families to ensure they’re prepared and excited for camp.
Own and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care—turning challenges into positive experiences.
Manage and document service recovery cases to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
Assist with reporting, payment processing, and maintaining accurate customer data.
Draft and send clear, engaging communications to families before, during, and after camp.
Marketing (Secondary Focus)
Support execution of marketing campaigns across social, email, web, and print.
Help create and identify engaging content (customer stories, camp highlights, FAQs).
Assist with website updates to improve clarity and conversion.
Provide insights from customer interactions to refine messaging and campaigns.
Contribute to brainstorming and executing new ways to grow and engage our audience.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
A customer-first mindset with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
Comfort speaking on the phone and handling real‑time customer interactions.
Interest in marketing, communications, or business operations.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed.
Schedule & Compensation

Work closely with leadership, including the Director of Operations & Marketing.
Be part of a fast‑paced, mission‑driven team that values initiative and growth.
