About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to play a pivotal role in the growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the marketing strategy, with a strong focus on hands-on, operational tasks. This includes running organic acquisition experiments, building and operating the content engine, and managing lifecycle marketing. The role is not brand-only or PR-focused; instead, it demands a direct, data-driven, and operational approach to marketing. The Head of Marketing will be expected to measure everything, use data to prioritize initiatives, and leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' of marketing experience, with a significant portion in consumer-facing products, and at least 2 years' in an early-stage startup, particularly in a role that contributed to the company's growth from Seed to Series A. They should be deeply mission-driven, motivated by meaningful impact, and comfortable operating in resource-constrained environments. The role requires a candidate who is not only experienced in marketing but is also a true operator, capable of building and running the marketing function from the ground up. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional partners to shape the growth strategy and will be expected to have a strong background in organic marketing, content marketing, and community-driven growth.
