About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Sales and Business Development to provide strategic leadership and drive revenue growth within the automotive aftermarket industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, leading high-performing sales teams, and ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term business objectives. Key responsibilities include owning and communicating the sales strategy, serving as a core member of the Aftermarket Leadership Team, and expanding sales distribution networks. The role also involves aligning marketing plans, recommending product positioning and pricing strategies, and identifying and growing key customer accounts. Applicants for the Head of Sales and Business Development role at the company should have a Master’s degree in business, marketing, or an MBA, with a preference for a degree. A minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, with at least 10 years in sales leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large, multi-location sales teams, experience with aftermarket distribution channels, and a strong ability to drive sales and EBIT growth. Key skills include strategic sales leadership, sales forecasting, negotiation, and relationship-building at executive levels.
