About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Advertising and Sponsorship Sales to take on a pivotal role as the primary revenue driver. This position is a blend of a player and a coach, requiring the successful candidate to be a proactive, hands-on seller while also having the capability to build and lead a sales team. The focus will be on selling advertising inventory, sponsorship packages, and brand activation opportunities across a network of high-traffic properties. The role demands an individual with a proven track record in generating significant net new revenue, particularly in the out-of-home (OOH) or digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising space, and experience in live event environments such as stadiums, arenas, and airports. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President include owning and driving an aggressive outbound sales process, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, and managing a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a deep understanding of the OOH/DOOH advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, audience measurement, and media planning. They must also possess the executive presence and communication skills necessary to engage with investors, C-suite clients, and venue ownership groups. The role offers the opportunity to transition into a leadership position, mentoring junior sellers, and scaling the revenue organization as the team grows.
