The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the establishment of a centralized marketing function and propel the brand's growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion. This pivotal role demands a deeply data-driven marketing executive with a proven track record in luxury retail, premium consumer brands, and eCommerce marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the marketing strategy, developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, and driving brand awareness across various regions. A hands-on, strategic leader is essential, one who can combine customer insights, data analytics, and segmentation strategies to deliver measurable business impact. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Marketing include leading high-performance digital marketing campaigns, designing customer segmentation strategies, and implementing data-driven campaign testing to optimize ROI. The role also involves increasing eCommerce sales, developing integrated marketing initiatives to drive retail traffic, and building a culture of data-first decision-making. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years' experience in luxury retail marketing, with a strong background in performance marketing, customer segmentation, and data-driven campaign execution. They should be adept at building marketing programs from the ground up, have a passion for luxury food and specialty retail, and be capable of operating both strategically and tactically.
