About the Role
The Company is seeking a full-time Vice President of Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, builder-minded leader with a strong background in GTM marketing, particularly in the SaaS and logistics sectors. This role is pivotal in rebuilding and scaling the marketing function, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating at both the strategic and execution layers of the business. Key responsibilities include defining the marketing vision, roadmap, and OKRs in alignment with company growth goals, owning full-funnel marketing performance, and designing integrated GTM motions. The role also demands a leader who can partner closely with founders and GTM leadership, and who is adept at sharpening the organization's positioning into a clear, differentiated value proposition. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of relevant industry experience, with at least 3-5 years' in a senior leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a strong demand generation and product marketing background, who is data-driven, technically curious, and comfortable with AI-assisted marketing tools.
