About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Partnership Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of partner accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering top-tier partnership marketing. This role requires setting the strategic vision for partner integration across various platforms, shaping marketing strategy, and ensuring that partnerships have a measurable business impact. Key duties include owning revenue goals, leading negotiation strategies, and overseeing the development of integrated marketing plans. The Managing Director will also be tasked with team leadership, talent development, and maintaining executive relationships with top partners. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in sponsorship, partnership marketing, brand marketing, or agency leadership, with an advanced degree preferred. The role demands a proven track record in driving revenue, leading marketing programs, and managing senior client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial instincts, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sponsorship and sports marketing landscape. Proficiency in CRM systems, financial tools, and internal reporting platforms is essential, as is the ability to travel as needed. The Managing Director will be expected to be a creative problem solver, an effective coach, and a strategic thinker with the ability to execute when required.
