The AVP will oversee all admission and enrollment marketing functions, ensuring strong coordination and managing a comprehensive recruitment and admission strategy. Essential duties include providing data-driven guidance for student recruitment, advancing international enrollment strategies, and offering contemporary approaches to financial aid. The role also requires a focus on cross-institutional collaboration, fostering relationships with academic and administrative partners, and representing the division at various events. Applicants for the AVP position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of progressive experience in college admissions, enrollment marketing, or enrollment management, with at least 3 years' in a supervisory role. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a competitive spirit, a deep understanding of national trends in higher education, and a proven track record of leading successful teams. Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and communication are essential.
