About the Role


The Company is seeking a Vice President of Communications and Public Relations to be a key member of the executive team, responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Executive Team, and cross-functional leaders to lead strategic communications, executive visibility, and internal meeting planning. This includes creating and delivering leadership messaging, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all channels. The role also involves budget optimization, serving as a trusted advisor on the company's voice and values, and leading a team of communication professionals.

Applicants for the Vice President of Communications and Public Relations role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and 10-15 years of experience in corporate communications, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both internal and external communications, strong writing and storytelling skills, and experience in crisis communications. They must be a collaborative leader, capable of managing a team and fostering cross-functional partnerships. The role requires a strategic thinker who can set and track communication goals, and ensure that all activities are data-informed and outcome-driven.
