About the Role


The Company is seeking a Vice President of Public Relations and Communications to join their global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated global PR and communications strategy that aligns with corporate growth objectives. This role involves serving as a senior communications advisor to executive leadership, leading media relations efforts, driving executive visibility, and managing crisis communications. The VP will also be tasked with monitoring public sentiment, proactively managing reputation-related risks, and ensuring message consistency across various external communications channels.

Applicants for the VP, Public Relations and Communications position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or executive communications. The role requires a strategic storyteller with exceptional writing, messaging, presentation, and storytelling capabilities, as well as a strong background in crisis communications and reputation management. Experience in complex environments such as manufacturing, industrial technology, public safety, defense, critical infrastructure, transportation, or healthcare technology is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, a leader who enjoys collaboration, and is adept at building narratives that influence and protect the company's brand and reputation on a global scale.
