About the Role
The Company is in search of a dynamic Managing Director to spearhead operations and business development, with a focus on driving revenue and executing strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management, including leading weekly meetings, ensuring role clarity and accountability, and supporting the hiring and onboarding of new staff. Additionally, the role involves maintaining KPI dashboards, identifying and implementing system improvements, and managing resources and budgets in alignment with quarterly goals. The Managing Director will also be tasked with business development, which includes managing high-level relationships, setting strategic visions, and leading quarterly planning meetings. This role demands a leader who is adept at turning strategy into results, creating clarity, and driving accountability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations, project management, or similar roles, with at least 3 years' experience, and a strong background in managing teams and hitting KPIs. Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, familiarity with CRM, online community platforms, and automation tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment. The role requires a candidate who is adept at cross-functional leadership, moves with urgency and accountability, and is proficient in or can quickly learn various operational tools.
