About the Role

The Company is in search of an entrepreneurial Head of Marketing to spearhead the next phase of growth for its established travel business. With a legacy of over four decades in designing exceptional travel experiences and a loyal customer base, the company is poised to modernize and scale its marketing capabilities. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing a comprehensive marketing strategy that not only supports traveler acquisition but also enhances long-term customer engagement. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's future, and the Head of Marketing will be expected to strengthen the growth engine, improve repeat engagement, and drive sustainable revenue growth through a more sophisticated, data-driven marketing approach. Key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing include marketing strategy and growth planning, customer lifecycle and retention, data-driven marketing, brand and storytelling, as well as leading and managing a marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a builder's mindset, be comfortable in a smaller, entrepreneurial organization, and possess strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. While experience in travel, hospitality, or other relationship-driven industries is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. What is essential is a leader who can collaborate closely with senior management, is curious, creative, and passionate about continuous improvement, and who understands how to build a scalable growth engine in a customer-centric business.
