About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead the global growth, brand, and community for its next-generation prediction market platform. This role is pivotal in the company's expansion, with a focus on designing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses acquisition, brand, lifecycle, content, community, PR, and partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the growth model, building and leading a high-performing team, and launching and scaling the business internationally. A key requirement is a strong background in consumer growth and marketing, particularly in the iGaming and sportsbook/predictions sectors, with a proven track record of scaling products in multi-market environments. The ideal CMO will have a deep understanding of various marketing channels, including paid social, search, programmatic, SEO, content, affiliates, and influencer marketing. They should be adept at data-driven decision-making, with experience in marketing analytics and a strong grasp of CRM, VIP, and loyalty programs. A builder mindset, with a high level of ownership and the ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced start-up environment, is essential. While not mandatory, experience in launching prediction markets or similar consumer products, as well as a background in community-led growth and partnerships with streamers and creators, is considered a valuable asset. The role demands a leader with a strong international marketing background, particularly in the crypto and iGaming sectors, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with local regulations and responsible play standards.
