I’m partnering with a long-standing, privately owned insurance agency with deep roots in the community that is looking to add a Commercial Lines Account Manager to their team. Their business is BOOMING! This is a stable, relationship-driven organization where people build long-term careers.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and service a book of commercial lines business clients
• Handle inbound client calls regarding premiums, coverage questions, policy changes, and renewals
• Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, and coverage updates
• Support producers during renewals (you’ll own the service side)
• Handle limited quoting for renewals (producers focus on new business)
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier underwriters
• Download policies and documents directly from carriers through the agency management system
• Work across a diverse mix of accounts: Business Auto, CGL, Commercial Property, BOP, Workers’ Comp, Umbrella, Professional Liability, Flood, Tools & Equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License (Commercial Lines)
• 2+ years of commercial lines account management experience
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a paperless environment
• Strong client-facing communication skills
