• Plan and lead digital advertising campaigns from start to finish for political and commercial clients
• Manage and improve paid ads across display, video, streaming/CTV, search, and social media platforms
• Set up campaigns, ensure proper tracking links and naming systems, and troubleshoot any delivery issues
• Run tests to see what messaging and creative perform best and adjust campaigns based on results
• Review campaign data and performance reports to provide clear, practical recommendations
• Work closely with internal teams and media partners to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and stay up to date with industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience using digital ad platforms such as The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Google, and Meta
• Proven ability to manage multiple online ad campaigns simultaneously with different goals
• Comfort analyzing performance reports and using data to make smart decisions
• Experience working directly with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
