Role/Responsibilities

• Execute high‑quality visual design for Product web experiences, including product imagery, layouts, and supporting visuals
• Apply and extend visual systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across experiences
• Translate creative direction from the Creative Lead into polished, execution‑ready designs
• Collaborate closely with writers, UX Designers and project managers to meet launch timelines and deliverables
• Work efficiently within established design systems and component frameworks
• Handle confidential and pre‑launch work with discretion and professionalism
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a high quality bar
• Optimize designs for different viewports and contexts (desktop, mobile, responsive layouts)
• Deliver clean, well‑organized design files that support smooth handoff and downstream execution

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy, composition) (non-negotiable)
• Some knowledge and comfortability with UX and UX principles
• Some knowledge and comfortability with using AI to generate assets, templates, and designs
• Proven experience working with visual systems or design systems
• Mastery of Figma (non-negotiable)
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to move quickly and confidently while maintaining visual quality
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, highly collaborative team environments
• Trusted partner who can work on confidential work and sensitive launches
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and eager to move fast
• Ready to learn and adopt new AI tools to improve speed, iteration, and creative exploration; curiosity and growth mindset expected
• Experience with pre-production and production for web.
• Comfortable working within structured task and ticketing systems

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $45.00 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $48.00 per hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
