Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of Liverpool styles, once receiving the bulk production and shipment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including Design, Technical Design, Marketing & Sales, Sourcing, Vendors, and Logistics—to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost control while meeting company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily communication with overseas factories regarding production status, timelines, and issues

· Manage POs, WIPs, TNAs, and IHDs in internal systems.

· Track fabric and trim readiness, including shortages, replenishments, and liabilities

· Monitor sample progress (fit, wash, PP, TOP) and follow up on approvals and comments

· Identify and mitigate production risks, including raw material failures, quality issues, and delivery delays

· Coordinate inspections, chargebacks, and corrective actions as needed

· Ensure compliance with fabric and wash standards, specifications, and customer requirements

· Partner with logistics teams on shipment modes (air/sea), consolidations, and ETD/ETA updates

· Maintain accurate documentation, including buysheets, reports, and production records

· Support cross-functional teams with timely updates and proactive problem-solving throughout the production cycle

· Inspect TOPs and bulk production upon receipt for trims, labels, wash quality, and workmanship; collaborate with the Tech team to verify measurements and specifications

Required Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a data integrity, data analysis, or quality assurance role.

· Familiarity with the apparel industry and its specific data types (e.g., product information, inventory, sales, customer data) is highly recommended.

· ERP Knowledge - The role will require knowledge and understanding of essential ERP’s and systems (A2000, PLM, Nu Order, Inspectorio, etc).

· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve data quality issues.

$38-50/hr

1 year contract on payroll with health insurance benefits
