Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management within a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Deep hands‑on experience with Airtable, specifically for: Seasonal workbacks, Workflow management, Operational and milestone tracking
- Experience in operations‑driven roles (marketing ops, digital ops, media ops)
- Exceptional communication skills with confidence partnering across multiple teams and levels
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning timelines and driving accountability
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and downstream impacts
Plusses
- Prior experience within the enterprise sportswear or athletic industry strongly preferred
- Experience supporting global or multi‑market initiatives a plus
Role Overview
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support Global Planning & Operations within Running. This is a highly operational, execution‑driven role responsible for managing downstream seasonal work, ensuring global and territory‑specific marketing initiatives remain on track from strategy through delivery. Acting as a central operational partner to the Global Brand and Geo Running teams, this individual will own seasonal workbacks, timelines, dependencies, and cross‑functional alignment—helping brand, creative, media, digital, retail, and operations partners deliver against critical milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive all dates, gates, milestones, and seasonal workbacks
- Partner closely with BPO Territory teammates to align timelines, flag risks, and escalate misalignments to the Brand Lead
- Schedule, facilitate, and recap all key running meetings in partnership with the Brand Lead
- Track project progress, report on critical milestones, and proactively manage dependencies
- Hold cross‑functional partners accountable for deliverables across global, digital, retail, brand communications, and media
- Maintain and manage a centralized running hub housing all geo information (Airtable, Slack Canvas, Box Notes, Keynote decks)
- Update BPO End‑of‑Week (EOW) and geo Running EOW communications with ADT‑related updates
- Own updates to the Seasonal Charter and Milestone Management within Airtable
- Anticipate downstream impacts and risks, proactively solving issues before they affect execution
