🌟 What You’ll Do
As part of our creative team, you’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Account Managers to bring concepts to life across print and digital platforms. You’ll be the go-to for high-impact design that’s both strategic and beautiful.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Designing compelling print and digital assets that elevate our clients’ brands
- Taking creative direction and adding your own spark
- Managing multiple projects with speed, precision, and style
- Proofing and refining your work to pixel-perfect standards
- Sharing ideas and supporting your teammates to keep the creative flow strong
- Pitching in wherever needed—because great teams lift each other up
🧠 What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just talented, but also collaborative, thoughtful, and ready to lead by example.
Must-Haves:
- 3–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced advertising agency
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- A strong portfolio showcasing original, high-quality print and digital work
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
- Sharp attention to detail and a love for clean, purposeful design
- Great communication skills—you know how to talk design with clients and teammates
- A proactive mindset and a positive attitude
