Position Summary

We are seeking a Contract AI Product Designer to drive end-to-end UX concept development for next-generation AI-powered experiences. This role sits within a forward-looking UX studio focused on shaping the future of consumer technology ecosystems over the next 3–5 years.

You will work closely with designers, researchers, and creative technologists to define agentic, AI-native interaction models, blending hands-on design execution with long-term product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX concept development for Generative Design Systems, including:
• Adaptive UI surfaces
• Tokenized design patterns
• Machine-readable component architectures
• Define and prototype Agentic OS interaction models, including:
• Intent-based navigation
• Multi-agent task orchestration
• Dynamic layout systems beyond traditional app grids
• Translate complex AI behaviors into intuitive, human-centered experiences
• Create strategy documents, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity design concepts
• Contribute to JTBD analysis, opportunity mapping, and product roadmap planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape future-facing AI product experiences

Required Skills & Experience

AI & Emerging Systems Design

• Experience designing AI-native or agentic interfaces (multi-step flows, autonomous systems)
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior and AI system design patterns (orchestration, delegation, agent handoffs)
• Experience with generative UI principles and adaptive interfaces
• Knowledge of design system tokenization and scalable component architecture
• Experience designing multimodal interactions (voice, gesture, visual, ambient systems)

UX Craft

• 10+ years of experience in UX, Interaction Design, or HCI
• 3+ years designing AI-powered or emerging technology products
• Strong expertise in consumer-grade UX design with high visual polish
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables/tokens)
• Experience designing OS-level or system-level UX (navigation, IA, cross-device continuity)
• Ability to create high-fidelity, production-ready designs and compelling concept visions

Must-Have Candidate Profile

• Strong consumer-facing product design portfolio
• Demonstrated hands-on execution (not just strategy or leadership)
• Portfolio showcasing mid to high-fidelity UI with strong interaction design
• Recent, applied AI product experience with tangible design artifacts
• Clear visibility into individual contributions in shipped work

What We’re NOT Looking For

• Portfolios focused only on wireframes or low-fidelity concepts
• Candidates with primarily enterprise/internal tools or design ops experience
• Profiles centered on strategy, consulting, or leadership without execution
• AI experience that is theoretical without real product application
• Outdated portfolios not reflecting modern design standards and tools
