Center Maintenance Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional asphalt salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients in various industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and an understanding of the industry.
·Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and maintain existing relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients and markets for our services.
- Prepare proposals and quotes for clients and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with our project management team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments and provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in asphalt sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business and maintaining client relationships.
- Understanding of the asphalt maintenance industry and services offered is preferred but we are willing to train
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
